POSITION SUMMARY: Not all freight is created equal. And neither are all drivers.
At Rocky Mountain Chocolate, you're not just hauling product-you're delivering joy. As a Dedicated Route OTR Driver, you'll be part of a team trusted to transport some of the finest chocolate in the world to franchisees across the country. This is premium freight, handled by pros who take pride in doing things right.
We offer something most driving jobs don't: consistency, purpose, and pride. You'll run a predictable route-out for 10 days, off for 4-and represent a nationally loved brand every mile of the way. Our trucks are clean. Our expectations are high. And our franchisees know you by name.
If you're looking for more than miles-if you want to be part of something people actually get excited about-this is where you belong.
What You'll Be Doing (Besides Making America Sweeter)
This isn't just a job-it's a role with purpose. You'll be trusted with high-value freight, consistent routes, and the reputation of a brand known nationwide. We don't hand that responsibility to just anyone.
If you want to be part of a team where professionalism is expected and excellence is rewarded, you're in the right place.
What We're Looking For (The Chocolate Hauling Elite)
This isn't a seat-filler job-we're building a crew of sharp, professional drivers who want to represent something bigger than just another load. If you take pride in precision, reliability, and running clean, you'll fit right in.
CDL Class A? You've earned it-and we respect it.
Clean driving record? Professionalism starts behind the wheel, and we hold the line.
Detail-driven and safety-focused? That's exactly who we want in the seat. Every mile, every time.
Physically capable and delivery-ready:
Sit for extended runs
Lift 50 lbs with control
Maneuver 500 lbs on a wheeled cart with ease
Navigate stairs and tight delivery spots without breaking stride
All-weather reliability: Whether it's rain, snow, wind, or heat-if the freight's rolling, you're in control.
Strong communicator: You know how to flag issues early, solve problems on the road, and keep dispatch in the loop without drama.
We're not looking for average. We're looking for the drivers who know they're the best-and prove it daily.
Accountability Is the Standard
We don't micromanage. We hire professionals and expect them to act like it. If you take pride in doing things right-every mile, every drop, every pallet-then you'll thrive here. If not, this isn't your seat.
Here's what excellence looks like on this team:
This isn't just freight. It's a brand with a national reputation. And you're the one people see when the doors open.
Is This You?
You want consistent routes, high expectations, and the kind of freight that makes people smile when you show up. You take pride in doing things right the first time. And let's be honest-there's something kind of cool about telling people you haul for one of the most iconic chocolate brands in the world.
If that sounds like your kind of gig, we should talk.
Open until filled.
