Job description:
Job Responsibilities
- Safely transport participants to and from the Adult Day Health Care Center on a daily basis
- Assist elderly and disabled participants in boarding and exiting the vehicle (including use of wheelchair lift, if applicable)
- Maintain cleanliness of the vehicle and complete routine safety checks
- Follow all traffic laws and company safety policies
- Communicate effectively with staff and participants
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license (CDL with Passenger Endorsement preferred)
- Previous experience transporting seniors or individuals with disabilities is a plus
- Clean driving record, no major violations
- Reliable, responsible, and patient with strong communication skills
- Ability to work as part of a team
Schedule
- Full-time or part-time available
- Monday through Friday, morning and afternoon shifts for pick-up and drop-off
