Job Summary
We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Driver Helper to assist with transporting landscaping crews, tools, and materials to various job sites throughout the Boston area.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist drivers with loading and unloading landscaping tools and supplies
- Help transport materials safely to and from job sites
- Organize equipment and maintain clean work vehicles
- Support crews with setup, cleanup, and basic outdoor tasks
- Follow company safety procedures and operational guidelines
- Assist with daily logistics and delivery coordination
Qualifications
- Previous labor or helper experience preferred but not required
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
Compensation & Benefits
- Pay: $18 - $25 per hour
