SURESTAFF is immediately hiring Driver Helpers/Hardware Techs for a large, well-known client in Carrollton, TX As a Driver Helper/Hardware Tech you will be an essential part of our client’s core operations, ensuring that quality product is produced, assembled, packaged, and ready for delivery to the end customer.
SURESTAFF is invested in their team members! All temp-to-hire employees are offered competitive compensation $16-$17 an hour DOE as well as a benefits package including health insurance (medical, dental, and vision). Generous referral bonuses are available upon hire.
Available shift Monday - Friday and Saturdays are required when needed. Overtime is mandatory when needed
Responsibilities of the Driver helper: - Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, Chromebooks etc.
- Perform hardware upgrades
- Conduct asset tagging and maintain accurate inventory records
- Respond to hardware-related service tickets and onsite support requests
Required Qualifications of the Driver Helper: - Strong knowledge of computer hardware components and peripherals
- Experience with device imaging and deployment tools
- Excellent communication and customers service abilities
- Ability to work overtime as needed.
