Driver Helper

Pay & Bonuses:

• Average hourly pay of $14.25 - $18.00/hour with opportunity to earn more with additional routes!
• Pay includes $80 per day base rate + $0.09-$0.13 per piece.

Schedule:

• Home daily
• Local and regional routes
• 3-day work week, additional routes/days available if interested!
• Delivery 700 - 900 pieces per day
• Early morning start times (typically 1:00 am – 4:00 am)
• 9 – 12 hour days

What You'll Do:

• Unload product to designated delivery areas at customer locations.
• Help maintain organization and cleanliness of the trailer
• follow driver instructions and work as part of a delivery team
• Practice safe lifting techniques and follow transportation safety standards
• Provide professional, customer-focused service during deliveries

What We're Looking For:

• 1 to 2 years of delivery experience, preferred.
• Ability to perform physical work throughout the day
• Team oriented mindset and ability to follow direction
• Strong work ethic
• Safety-first mindset
• No CDL required!
