Driver\Lot Attendant

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Driver / Lot Attendant to join the Parker Harley-Davidson team. This role is responsible for safely transporting customer motorcycles, maintaining the appearance of inventory, and supporting day-to-day dealership operations. The ideal candidate is dependable, organized, and comfortable working around motorcycles in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely pick up and deliver customer motorcycles to and from homes, businesses, and other locations
• Load and unload motorcycles using proper equipment and procedures to prevent damage
• Inspect motorcycles before and after transport, noting any existing or new damage
• Wash and detail motorcycles to maintain showroom and delivery-ready appearance
• Keep the lot organized, including arranging motorcycles and maintaining cleanliness
• Assist with general shop duties such as moving bikes, cleaning work areas, and supporting technicians as needed
• Perform basic errands or parts runs as assigned
• Ensure company vehicles and transport equipment are clean and in good working condition

Qualifications:

• Valid driver’s license with motorcycle endorsement and a clean driving record for the last 3 years is manatory. 
• Experience operating trucks, trailers, or transport vehicles preferred
• Ability to handle motorcycles safely (riding experience is mandatory)
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work
• Ability to lift and maneuver motorcycles with proper equipment
• Good communication and time management skills
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team

Work Environment:

• Combination of outdoor lot work, driving, and indoor shop support
• May require working in varying weather conditions
• Physical activity including standing, lifting, and moving motorcycles

Schedule:

• Full-time / Part-time (depending on dealership needs)
• Some flexibility required, Saturdays are mandatory
