America's Logistics, LLC (AML) has an opportunity for a Driver Manager in beautiful Green Bay, Wisconsin. This position is a pivotal link between AML Planners, Customer Service Representatives, Backhaul Planners, Drivers, Maintenance, Safety, Payroll, Accounting and Human Resources.
This position works a 2-2-3 schedule from 0500 to 1700, which includes working Friday-Sunday every other week. On this rotation, you work 14 12-hour days in a 28-day rotation.

As a
Driver Manager, you will:
- Assume responsibility for optimization of all loads.
- Process delay in transit messages for all loads and proactively communicate delays to customers on backhaul freight.
- Ensure maximum utilization of driver hours.
- Respond to customer and operational needs by answering e-mails, phone calls, tracking shipments, and recovering shipments to service our customers.
- Monitor KPI's and provide solutions for continuous improvement.
- Coordinate and manage home time for all drivers.
- Review detention and process for billing and payment.
- Manage driver compliance and provide feedback through the disciplinary process as required
- Proactively work with team members to solve for service failures through relays or planning changes to exhaust all efforts of operations to execute at the lowest possible cost.
- Provide coverage for other team members when out of office.

Qualifications Minimum Qualifications (Required):- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- High school diploma or GED.
- 2-3 years previous dispatch experience.
- Must be willing to work occasional weekend coverage.
Preferred Qualifications: - Strong geographical knowledge of the United States.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and related tools.
- Experience with other applications including transportation management systems (E2Open, McLeod, and SamSara).
- Knowledge of FMCSA regulations.
- Professional email and phone etiquette.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: - Strong analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interface with all levels of internal and external personnel.
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written or oral form.
