HireLevel is looking for a Porter in Marion, IL!
Our client is a local, family owned car dealership. The ideal candidate would be able to handle clerical tasks as an independent worker and be detail oriented.
Job Type: Full Time - Temp/Hire
Location: Marion, IL
Hours: Monday - Friday 7:30am-5:30pm
Similar Positions: Car Porter, Automotive Car Porter
Pay Rate: $16.50
Benefits: Medical, dental and vision insurance. 401k retirement savings plan.
Responsibilities of Porter:
- Washing and vacuuming vehicles with attention to detail
- Working with a positive attitude in a busy environment
- Drives vehicles to and from service lanes, stalls, and parking lots
- Pick up and drop off customers to their vehicle after services
- Inspect vehicles off transport trucks & complete electronic inspection
- Maintains lot & dealership grounds
- Keeps lot full, identifies & moves misplaced vehicles, and keeps rows straight
- Stock inventory parts
- Assist service advisors by assisting customers as needed
- General company errands including some customer interaction
Requirements of Porter:
- Must have at a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Must have valid driver's license
- Must meet requirements of drug screening and background check
