Position: Full-Time Driver
Location: McLean, Virginia

A private family in McLean, VA is seeking an experienced, professional, and highly reliable Driver to provide safe, seamless transportation support. The ideal candidate is polished, discreet, punctual, and service-focused, with strong knowledge of Washington, D.C., Northern Virginia, and surrounding areas.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide safe and dependable transportation for principals and family members to appointments, meetings, airports, school, activities, and events

• Maintain household vehicles to the highest standards, including cleaning, fueling, servicing, and coordinating routine maintenance

• Monitor traffic conditions and plan efficient routes to ensure timely arrivals

• Assist with luggage, packages, and personal belongings as needed

• Coordinate daily driving schedules and transportation logistics with the family

• Uphold strict confidentiality, professionalism, and discretion at all times

• Ensure all vehicle registrations, inspections, and insurance documentation remain current

• Provide occasional evening and weekend availability when needed

Qualifications:

• Previous experience driving for a private family, executive, or high-profile individual preferred

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record required

• Extensive familiarity with the DMV area, including traffic patterns and alternate routes

• Professional presentation and strong communication skills

• Highly organized, adaptable, dependable, and detail-oriented

• Proactive mindset with a strong service mentality and ability to anticipate needs

• Comfortable working around children and pets, if applicable

• Legally authorized to work in the United States

Schedule: Flexible schedule with availability for some evenings and weekends as needed
Salary: Starting at $100,000+ depending on experience
