- Visit homes, properties, and businesses, making junk removal an exceptional experience.
- Commitment to the environment: recycle, donate, and divert items to keep them out of landfills.
Key Responsibilities:- Driving: Get trained in-house to safely drive Isuzu NPR/NQR/NRR trucks.
- Sales: Present estimates to customers throughout the day with a partner
- Truck Operations: Safely operate the 1-800-GOT-JUNK? Trucks.
- Junk Diversion: Sort donatable items, recyclables, and items for diversion.
- Marketing: Be a brand advocate through Guerilla and Mobile Marketing in our trucks.
- Safety: Commit to the safe and professional navigation, driving, and efficient loading & unloading.
Key Requirements:- 21+ years of age (insurance purposes).
- Valid CA driver's license & clean driving record for the past 3+ years.
- Physically capable of lifting and loading 75lbs+ repeatedly.
- Comfortable meeting customers, communicating the value of our services.
- Must be able to drive for over 45 minutes at a time.
- Able to work full days (6-9 hours per day on average).
- Must have open availability to be considered.
- Positive attitude & professional appearance.
- Have a working cell phone with multiple app capabilities.
