Role Description The Driver role is a full-time, on-site position based in Mount Prospect, IL. The Driver is responsible for safely operating company trucks to transport materials, equipment, and tools to and from job sites, following all traffic laws and company safety procedures. Day-to-day tasks include performing pre- and post-trip inspections, securing loads, assisting crews with loading and unloading, and maintaining cleanliness and basic upkeep of vehicles. The Driver may interact with customers, site supervisors, and team members to support scheduling, deliveries, and on-time project completion. This role works closely with field and operations staff to ensure efficient logistics and reliable support for landscape construction and maintenance projects.

• Candidates should possess a valid CDL Class A license and a clean driving record.

• Candidates should possess effective communication and customer service skills when interacting with team members and clients.

• Candidates should possess familiarity with basic truck inspection, load securement, and adherence to DOT and company safety standards.

• Additional desirable qualifications include prior experience in construction or landscaping, reliability in time management, ability to lift and move materials as needed, and willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
