Driver/Mover/Packer -- CASH TIPS (South Austin)

About the Role Safely drive 26 ft. box trucks to and from job sites Complete pre- and post-trip inspections Lead local, long-distance, and commercial moving crews Safely load, unload, and move clients' goods Lift and carry 50+ lbs (sometimes up stairs) Deliver exceptional customer service on every job Pay & Benefits: Drivers Starting at $18+/hr (based on experience) Training pay: $17/hr (first 2-60 days) Helpers Starting at $15/hr Training pay: $14/hr (first 2-60 days) Additional Compensation: Tips - Many team members earn $30+/hr total with tips Profit-Sharing Bonus - Every 6 months after 1 year of continuous employment 401(k) - Company match up to 3% Opportunity to travel for long-distance moves Driver Requirements: 21 years of age or older Valid driver's license for at least 2 years No more than 2 moving violations in the last 2 years Schedule: Full-time and part-time positions available Weekday and weekend shifts Flexible scheduling options
