Driver Mover

A Driver is responsible for safely transporting household goods from one location to another, ensuring timely delivery and maintaining customer satisfaction. This role requires strong attention to detail in vehicle operation, cargo management, and adherence to safety standards while efficiently managing routes and schedules.

Responsibilities

• Operate commercial vehicles adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations
• Plan and optimize routes to ensure timely deliveries
• Handle and secure cargo to prevent damage during transit
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain professional communication
• Manage time effectively to meet delivery deadlines
• Follow safety compliance procedures and protocols
• Assist with moving and load securing tasks as needed

Preferred Qualifications

• 1+ years of commercial driving experience
• Proven route navigation skills
• Knowledge of vehicle maintenance practices
• Experience with logbook management
• Strong customer communication skills
• Excellent time management abilities
• Familiarity with safety compliance standards
• Effective problem-solving skills
