Required Qualifications
Minimum 24 months of recent, verifiable experience driving a minimum of a 16 ft box truck or stake bed truck
Ability to multi-task and work within daily deadlines.
Knowledge of common carrier (LTL) and full truckload logistics.
Ability to communicate effectively with customers and provide superior service.
A willingness to learn and grow with our Company.
Must be 21 years of age or older.
Proven commitment to customer service and a safe work environment.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Pass a pre-employment drug screening and background check
Must have a clean driving record for at least the past 3 years (including no suspensions, restricted license, or DUI and no more than 1 moving violation within any 1-year period).
Preferred Qualifications
6 months Warehouse experience including forklift operation.
Bilingual (Spanish) preferred.
Knowledge of HVAC and truckload logistics is a plus.
High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
