Driver/Operations Support

Pay: $25.00 - $26.00 per hour
Schedule: Local / Home Daily

Depot Connect International (DCI) is seeking a CDL-A Driver & Operations Support Specialist for our Cincinnati terminal. This is a great opportunity for a Driver/Operations Support who wants steady local work, the hourly income is $25.00 to $26.00 per hour.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, teamwork, and staying active throughout the day. In addition to local driving responsibilities, this position will support daily operations as needed, terminal operations, yard and lift moves, equipment movement, and other operational needs as they come up.

This is a strong fit for a candidate who is dependable, flexible, and looking for long-term growth with an established company in the tank and ISO tank container industry.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Perform local driving duties as needed
• Move equipment within the yard and terminal (Yard Mule and Lift)
• Shuttle tanks, trailers, or equipment as assigned
• Assist with daily terminal operations when not driving
• Support the operations team with general duties as needed (PT mechanic)
• Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections
• Maintain a strong focus on safety, reliability, and communication

Qualifications:

• Valid CDL-A
• Tanker endorsement required
• Hazmat endorsement required
• TWIC card preferred
• Willingness to assist with non-driving duties
• Strong work ethic and team-first attitude
• Ability to be flexible and support the needs of the operation
