About the Role:
Ondemand Legal Inc is looking for a reliable and motivated Driver/Process Server to join our team in Concord, CA. This is a fast-paced, on-the-go role where you'll play a critical part in the legal process by ensuring timely and accurate delivery of legal documents. Responsibilities:

• Serve legal documents including summons, subpoenas, complaints, and court orders to individuals and businesses
• Plan and execute efficient daily routes throughout Sacramento and surrounding areas
• Accurately document and record all service attempts and completions
• Prepare and submit affidavits of service and proof of service documentation
• Maintain consistent communication with the office regarding assignment status and updates
• Handle sensitive and confidential legal materials with professionalism and discretion
• Meet deadlines for time-sensitive legal filings and court-ordered service requirements

Requirements:

• Valid California driver's license with a clean driving record
• Reliable personal vehicle and proof of auto insurance
• Familiarity with Concord and surrounding counties preferred
• Strong attention to detail and accurate record-keeping skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Professional demeanor with strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Prior experience as a process server or in a legal/courier role is a plus
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Able to lift at least 25 pounds
• This position will require weekend and evening attempts for service of process paid on a commission basis.
