Truck Driver Nation is looking for a recruiting professional to help coordinate qualified CDL driver candidates with available trucking opportunities.

This role combines candidate communication, recruiting organization, and carrier coordination to help keep driver opportunities moving efficiently.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Review incoming CDL driver applications
• Communicate with candidates regarding qualifications and next steps
• Maintain organized candidate records and recruiting notes
• Identify suitable opportunities based on experience and location
• Coordinate candidate information with recruiting and carrier contacts
• Track driver application progress
• Follow up with applicants who require additional information
• Help maintain accurate recruiting pipelines

• WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple applicants simultaneously
• Comfortable using recruiting systems and online tools
• Professional phone and email communication
• Transportation or trucking knowledge is helpful
• Recruiting, account-management, or customer-service experience is valuable
• Ability to work independently and maintain consistent follow-up
