Driver Recruiting Scheduling Coordinator – Interviews, Orientation & Candidate Appointments

Truck Driver Nation is seeking an organized Recruiting Scheduling Coordinator to support time-sensitive appointments throughout the CDL driver recruiting process.

Driver candidates can lose momentum when interviews, recruiter calls, application appointments, or orientation steps are not coordinated properly. This position helps keep those activities organized.

YOUR ROLE

The Scheduling Coordinator may support:

• Recruiter appointments
• Candidate qualification calls
• Interviews
• Application follow-up appointments
• Orientation scheduling
• Candidate reminders
• Rescheduling when conflicts occur
• Confirmation of completed appointments

• DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Coordinate available appointment times
• Communicate schedules clearly to candidates
• Record confirmed dates and times
• Send appropriate appointment information
• Follow up on missed recruiting appointments
• Update candidate records after scheduling changes
• Alert recruiting personnel when candidates require attention
• Maintain an organized calendar of recruiting activity
