Maryland Treatment Centers Inc. is a growing regional behavioral health provider focused on clinical excellence, innovation, and scholarship. We are a thriving center for treatment of addictions and co-occurring disorders. We offer a full continuum of care, including inpatient, residential, intensive outpatient, and outpatient services.
We are seeking a dependable and compassionate Driver to join our team at our Rockville, Maryland location. This is a full-time position providing transportation for patients while maintaining a safe, supportive, and therapeutic environment. The ideal candidate will be professional, patient, and comfortable working with individuals receiving behavioral health and substance use treatment.
Schedule & Availability
- Full-time Monday - Friday
What You’ll Do
- Transport patients to various appointments as dictated by the program schedule or individual patient needs
- Maintain positive interactions with patients while monitoring and appropriately directing patient behavior
- Maintain a safe and therapeutic environment during transportation
- Communicate any pertinent patient information to admissions team/counselors

What We’re Looking For
- Valid driver's license with fewer than 2 points
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Two or more years of experience working with children with disabilities, substance use patients, or mental health patients
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain professionalism and patience when working with patients
- Ability to work effectively as part of a treatment team
