Position name: Driver's Education Instructor

Facility name: Hawaii (Maui) Job Corps Center

Location: Makawao, HI

Schedule - Part-Time; Monday-Friday 7:45am - 11:30am

Job responsibilities: Responsible for monitoring and directing students in the driver's education program, in compliance with government and management directives.

Essential functions:

• Process students' driver's education applications
• Prepare students for written examination through lectures and discussions.
• Evaluate students' performance.
• Determine the students' readiness to complete the written and driving test.
• Other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience Requirements:

• Valid certificate to teach driver''s education in Hawaii.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
