FieldBridge is looking for a Class A CDL Driver based in Strasburg, OH to work for the world's largest oilfield service company. Weekly pay + Benefits.
Pay / Schedule: $21/hr+Air slide bonuses.15x6 rotation, 12 hr shifts. At $21/hr and 84 hrs/week, for example, make weekly paychecks of $2,800
- Must be able to drive manual transmission vehicles
Bonuses:
- Air slide runs
- Silo moves (earn up to 2–3 bonuses per day)
- Hotshot deliveries
- Daily per diem $15/day
- Reimbursable expenses, including:
- Coverall laundry ($20 / rotation)
- Checked baggage & airport parking
- Hazmat fingerprinting
- Business-related vehicle expenses (oil, etc.)
Key Responsibilities
- Operate various vehicles including:
o Tractor trailer units
o Body load units
o 550s with gooseneck trailers
- Hook up hoses, run air slide controls, strap loads
- Hotshot pallets of chemicals between districts
- May assist equipment operators when needed
- Not a “no-touch” driving role — physical involvement is required
Experience and Skills
- Must be able to drive manual transmission vehicles
(Automatic transmission restrictions disqualify candidates due to limited availability of automatic trucks)

o Time management and self-regulation
- No minimum years of experience required
License and Certification Requirements
o Air brakes endorsement
o Tanker endorsement
o Manual transmission capability required
- Hazmat endorsement is a plus but not required
- Minimum education: High school diploma or equivalent
Travel Requirements
- Travel required; housing and flights provided
- Local candidates preferred
- Local shuttle available in Strasburg district
Work Environment
- Field/onshore, heavy industrial environment
- Hands-on, physically active role
Training
o NEST

o QUEST certifications
- Additional in-house and site-specific safety training
- Shadowing with experienced drivers before solo assignments
Shift/Hours
- Rotation: 15 days on / 6 days off
- Hours: Up to 14 hours/day, occasionally 16 hours/day
- Typically work up to 70 hours/week, followed by a DOT reset
- Weekly Average: 70–80 hours/week
