Job Summary: We are seeking a reliable Driver to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for efficiently and safely transporting our team members between locations. As a Driver, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the organization's operations and providing exceptional customer service.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Safely operate company-owned vans and other designated vehicles, adhering to all traffic rules, regulations, and safety protocols.
  • Plan routes and schedules to ensure timely drop-off and pick-up.
  • Maintain and fuel vehicles as needed, keeping them clean and in good working condition.
  • Perform routine inspections and maintenance checks on vehicles to identify any issues or potential risks.
  • Keep accurate records of drop-offs and pick-ups using appropriate tracking systems or paperwork.
  • Communicate and coordinate effectively with team members to ensure successful transportation.
  • Address any concerns or complaints promptly and professionally, striving to provide excellent customer service.
  • Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and protocols, including those related to safety, security, and confidentiality.
  • Continuously update job knowledge by participating in training and development opportunities. 
  • All other duties assigned.


Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent education.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Proven experience as a Driver or similar role preferred.
  • Excellent driving skills and knowledge of traffic laws and regulations.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Customer-oriented mindset with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional service.
  • Ability to work autonomously and make sound decisions in challenging situations.
  • Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and troubleshooting is a plus.
  • Able to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Pay: $25.00/hour 

Schedule: 1pm - 3pm or 3pm - 5pm
