Driver/Warehouse Associate

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

Driving & Delivery:

• Safely operate company vehicle to deliver products to customers on assigned routes.
• Load and unload delivery vehicles, ensuring accuracy and care in handling materials.
• Obtain signatures and necessary documentation for delivered items.
• Perform daily vehicle inspections and report any maintenance issues promptly.
• Maintain delivery logs and route sheets.

Warehouse Operations:

• Receive, check, and store incoming inventory.
• Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain clean and organized warehouse environment.
• Assist in regular inventory counts and cycle counts.
• Follow all company safety procedures and protocols.

Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Must be at least 21 years old (for insurance and DOT purposes).
• Previous experience in warehouse or delivery preferred.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical tasks throughout the day.
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Forklift certification a plus (or willing to be trained).
• Experience using handheld scanners or warehouse management systems.

Work Environment:

• Frequent lifting, bending, standing, and walking.
• Driving in various weather conditions.
• Fast-paced, hands-on, physical environment.
