Duties and ResponsibilitiesDaily loading and unloading of products.Assist with delivering and transporting HVAC freight and materials to customers.Receive inspect and stock all merchandise.Verify all items received to items ordered for accuracy.Pick and verify orders for customers and prepare orders for shipment as needed.Collect invoices with proper signatures and return to Sales Center Manager.Responsible for daily checklist of truck and forklift maintenance and reporting inout times with merchandise returns.Appropriate use and maintenance of OF device.Assist with physical inventory and inventory control.Read customer orders work orders shipping orders andor requisitions to determine items to be moved gathered distributed or shipped.Provide excellent customer service to external customers.Ensure grounds and warehouse are kept neat orderly and safe for employees and customer traffic. •Adhere to all safety requirements relevant to ones regular job duties.Wear appropriate PPE.Perform other duties as assigned.Required Qualifications Minimum 24 months of verifiable experience driving a 16 minimum box truck or stake bed truck. •Ability to multi-task and work within daily deadlines.Knowledge of common carrier LTL and full truckload logistics.Ability to communicate effectively with customers and provide superior service.A willingness to learn and grow with our Company.Must be 21 years of age or older.Proven commitment to customer service and a safe work environment.Strong attention to detail and accuracy.Pass a pre-employment drug screening and background checkPreferred Qualifications CDL Class B license preferred except when required in certain states6 months of Warehouse experience including forklift operation.Bilingual Spanish preferred.Knowledge of HVAC and truckload logistics is a plus.High School Diploma or General Education Degree GED.Work Schedule Monday through Friday with an occasional Saturday.
