Position Overview
We are seeking a dependable Driver / Warehouse Associate to join a growing team in Oklahoma City. This position combines local delivery driving with warehouse operations, providing a variety of responsibilities in a small, team-oriented work environment. You'll primarily deliver air conditioning and HVAC equipment using a flatbed truck while supporting daily warehouse activities.

The ideal candidate enjoys hands-on work, has a strong work ethic, and is committed to providing excellent customer service.
Required Experience & Skills
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Previous flatbed or box truck driving experience preferred
Forklift experience preferred
Ability to regularly lift up to 75 lbs
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Drive a flatbed truck to complete local deliveries of HVAC and air conditioning equipment
Load and unload products safely and efficiently
Receive, stock, organize, and pull warehouse inventory
Operate a forklift to move and stage materials throughout the warehouse
Complete delivery paperwork and maintain accurate inventory records
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
Assist with shipping, receiving, and other warehouse duties as assigned
Follow all company safety policies and driving procedures
Provide professional customer service during deliveries and customer interactions
Preferred Qualifications
Previous warehouse or distribution experience
Experience operating forklifts and material handling equipment
Familiarity with HVAC products or building materials
Strong teamwork and problem-solving skills
Physical Requirements
Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 75 lbs regularly
Frequent standing, walking, bending, lifting, and climbing throughout the shift
Ability to safely operate forklifts and company vehicles
Comfortable working in warehouse and outdoor environments as needed
