Description
We are seeking an experienced Warehouse associate /Driver employee to join our team! The ideal candidate will have experience in warehouse operations and with making deliveries in up to a 16' Box Truck. The workload split for this role is 70% warehouse associate and 30% driver.
Responsibilities:
Prioritize safety on a daily basis in all assigned duties
Participate in all warehouse activities including truck unloading, stock counting, order picking, and other duties as assigned
Maintain warehouse organization
Read and understand shipping and receiving documents, count product as received and shipped to ensure accurate product inventory
Deliver products to customer locations in a timely manner
Load and unload trucks
Pull orders
Have a customer focused mindset when making deliveries and interacting with customers
Inspect and monitor delivery vehicles for safe operations and to meet regulatory requirements
Maintain paperwork as necessary to document materials delivered or received.
Safely operate Forklift and other warehouse equipment.
Requirements
Experience in warehouse operations and product delivery
Current and clean driver record
DOT medical card/ Company sponsored
Drug screen and background check upon hire
Ability to handle physical workload
Deadline-oriented
Friendly, cooperative and respectful with customers, employees, and management
