The team specializes in technical event production, including LED walls, large-format video, audio, lighting, scenic, staging, and on-site execution for both indoor and outdoor venues. Based in the Boston area and working across the U.S., the company partners with agencies, exhibit houses, corporate event teams, and brand marketers that value precision, reliability, and collaborative execution.

    Role Description This 1099/contract based, on-site Driver/Warehouse Hand role is based in Wakefield, MA and supports event production logistics and operations. Day-to-day responsibilities include driving company trucks to transport equipment to and from event sites, loading and unloading gear, and ensuring safe, secure handling of all audiovisual and staging assets. The role also involves organizing inventory in the warehouse, preparing equipment for upcoming events, performing basic equipment checks, and assisting with set-up and strike at event locations as needed. The Driver/Warehouse Hand works closely with production and technical teams, follows established safety protocols, and maintains clear communication with supervisors and onsite contacts to support timely, accurate deliveries. Weekend and nighttime hours are required on an as-needed basis to support our production schedule and client needs. Current contract term is Mid-September through the end of November with the option to extend through December.

    Qualifications

    • \n
    • Professional truck operation skills, including Truck Driving experience in the Boston area and safe handling of company vehicles.
    • \n
    • Ability to pass a DOT Physical Exam
    • \n
    • Willingness to work on nights and weekends as required
    • \n
    • Customer Service skills to represent the company professionally at event sites and client locations.
    • \n
    • Ability to perform manual labor, including lifting and moving equipment, with adherence to safety practices.
    • \n
    • Reliability, punctuality, and the ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, and occasional weekends.
    • \n
    • Familiarity with event production or audiovisual environments is preferred but not required.
