Driver / Warehouse Associate

Position Overview
We are seeking a dependable Driver / Warehouse Associate to join a growing team in Oklahoma City. This position offers a great mix of local driving, forklift operation, and hands-on warehouse responsibilities in a small, team-oriented environment.

The ideal candidate enjoys variety in their workday, has a strong work ethic, and is committed to providing excellent customer service while safely transporting and handling HVAC equipment.
Required Experience & Skills
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record required
Previous flatbed or box truck driving experience preferred
Forklift experience preferred
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Good communication and customer service abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Drive a flatbed truck to complete local deliveries of air conditioning and HVAC equipment
Load and unload products safely and efficiently
Receive, stock, organize, and pull warehouse inventory
Operate a forklift to move, stage, and load materials
Complete delivery paperwork and maintain accurate inventory records
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
Assist with general warehouse and material handling duties as needed
Follow all company safety procedures and PPE requirements
Communicate effectively with customers, drivers, and warehouse personnel
Preferred Qualifications
Previous warehouse, shipping/receiving, or distribution experience
Experience operating forklifts or other material handling equipment
Familiarity with HVAC products or building materials is a plus
Experience making local deliveries
Physical Requirements
Ability to lift up to 75 lbs regularly
Frequent standing, walking, bending, reaching, and material handling
Ability to load and unload trucks throughout the shift
Ability to work safely in a warehouse environment around moving equipment
Work Environment
Small warehouse with a collaborative team environment
Combination of warehouse work and local driving routes
Frequent interaction with customers and warehouse personnel
Fast-paced environment focused on safety and customer service
