We’re looking for a dependable, safety-minded Delivery Driver to join our Salt Lake City distribution team. If you enjoy being on the road, working independently, staying active, and providing great service to customers, this could be a great fit.

As a Delivery Driver, you’ll be responsible for safely delivering garage doors, parts, and related products to customers and job sites throughout Salt Lake City and surrounding areas. You’ll be an important part of our operation—and often one of the faces our customers see most.

Pay: $20.00–$22.00 per hour, based on experience

What You’ll Do

Drive & Deliver

  • Safely operate company vehicles to deliver garage doors, parts, hardware, and related materials to customers and job sites.
  • Follow assigned routes and schedules to complete deliveries accurately and on time.
  • Properly secure loads and follow all company, DOT, and traffic safety requirements.

Load & Unload

  • Assist with loading and unloading garage doors, parts, and other materials.
  • Safely handle large, bulky, and heavy products using proper equipment and techniques.
  • Verify products and quantities before leaving the distribution center and upon delivery.

Take Care of Our Customers

  • Provide friendly, professional service at every delivery.
  • Communicate clearly with customers and team members regarding deliveries, delays, or questions.
  • Represent the company professionally while on the road and at customer locations.

Keep Things Running Safely

  • Complete pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
  • Maintain accurate delivery paperwork, logs, receipts, and other required documentation.
  • Report vehicle maintenance or safety concerns promptly.
  • Keep assigned vehicles clean and organized.

Support the Team

  • Assist with inventory counts, warehouse organization, and material handling when needed.
  • Communicate with the Shipping Supervisor and warehouse team to keep deliveries running smoothly.
  • Pitch in wherever needed to help the team succeed.

What We’re Looking For

Required:

  • Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
  • Previous professional driving, delivery, warehouse, or distribution experience preferred.
  • Ability to safely handle large and heavy materials.
  • Dependable attendance and punctuality.
  • Strong communication and customer-service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Commitment to safe driving and safe material-handling practices.

A Plus:

  • Previous experience delivering construction or building materials.
  • Forklift or material-handling experience.
  • Basic knowledge of vehicle inspections and maintenance.
  • CDL experience or license is a plus, but a CDL is not required for this position.

Physical Requirements

This is an active, hands-on driving position. Employees must be able to:

  • Regularly enter and exit delivery vehicles.
  • Stand, walk, sit, bend, squat, kneel, reach, push, and pull throughout the workday.
  • Frequently handle garage doors, parts, hardware, and other materials.
  • Lift and/or move materials weighing up to 50 pounds, with assistance or material-handling equipment when appropriate.
  • Safely perform loading and unloading duties in warehouse, customer, and job-site environments.
  • Drive for extended periods as required by assigned routes.

Work Environment

This position works in a combination of driving, warehouse, loading dock, customer, and job-site environments. Employees may be exposed to varying temperatures and weather conditions, vehicle traffic, noise, dust, and powered material-handling equipment. Appropriate PPE and safe work practices are required.

This position is based at our Salt Lake City location and requires regular driving and deliveries throughout Salt Lake City and surrounding areas.
