Position Summary:

We are currently hiring a full-time Driver/Warehouse Team Member. This vital role ensures our Glaziers have the materials and equipment they need to keep projects running smoothly. You'll be responsible for delivering supplies to job sites throughout Wisconsin. In addition to deliveries, you'll assist with loading and unloading trucks, organizing inventory, and keeping the shop clean and efficient.

What You'll Do:

In this role, you'll operate company trucks safely and courteously, following all traffic laws. Each day, you'll use pick lists to load up materials and equipment and make timely deliveries to job sites. You'll inspect all orders before delivery, prioritize tasks based on project urgency, and help ensure that work on site never gets delayed due to missing supplies.

You'll also take on general shop responsibilities, such as organizing tools and materials, cleaning equipment, and maintaining accurate inventory records using our materials tracking system. Your ability to multi-task, stay organized, and follow safety procedures is critical. Hours may vary depending on delivery locations and business needs, and some overtime-including evening or night work-may be required.

What You'll Need:

To succeed in this position, you must have a high school diploma or equivalent and a valid driver's license. Past experience in delivery, warehouse, or construction is preferred but not required. You should be comfortable working independently as well as part of a team, and able to communicate professionally with coworkers and vendors. Basic computer skills and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions are necessary. Experience using hand and power tools is a plus, and forklift operation is preferred (we're happy to train the right candidate). Flexibility and reliability are key.
