The Driver facilitates clients' transportation to and from necessary appointments at one of Promises Behavioral Health Residential Program Facilities.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Transports clients per supervisor's directives (for court, ancillary services, etc.)
Follows emergency procedures exactly to secure safety and welfare of clients.
Notifies appropriate Clinical staff member or Executive Director of any client behavior that could create a risk to the clients' wellbeing or treatment success.
Completes and submits are necessary forms and documentation.
Serves as back-up for residential assistances as needed.
Assists with set-up and take-down for all special events and functions.
Pick up mail daily.
Provides tours for aftercare on weekend.
Transports clients to special meetings when needed.
Schedule includes being available during on-call schedule.
JOB QUALIFICAITONS
High school diploma or GED.
Valid Driver's License.
Class F endorsement (or willing to obtain).
Clear driving record.
Current automobile insurance.
Excellent communication skills.
Excels working within a team.
Ability to follow directions.
CPR/First Aid Certification is required for this position. If not CPR/First Aid certified at time of hire, certification must be obtained within the state mandated time frame after first day of employment.
