Full-Time and Part-Time Drivers – Morning & Afternoon Routes (No Midday Work Required)

At ECHO, we're hiring Drivers to transport adults with disabilities to and from our programs in the Leesburg area.
- Work a few hours in the morning AND a few in the afternoon
- Your mid-day is completely free
- No late nights
This role is ideal if you want extra income without a full-day schedule.
Schedule (Split Shift)
- Monday–Thursday: 6:30–9:30 AM AND 3:30–6:30 PM
- Friday: 6:30–9:30 AM AND 1:30–4:30 PM
Free time in the middle of the day (6+ hours off)
What You'll Do
- Safely transport individuals to and from ECHO programs
- Assist passengers getting on/off the vehicle as needed
- Create a positive, friendly experience during each ride
- Complete basic vehicle checks and documentation
You're often the first and last person participants see each day-your role matters

Requirements
- Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Experience not required-we will train you
