Driveway Logistics Coordinator

The Driveway Logistics Coordinator acts a liaison between the customer and stores and coordinates all aspects of the vehicle delivery. Successful individuals will demonstrate a strong customer focus, an ability to communicate across multiple departments and an aptitude for organization and strict attention to detail and timing.  

Location: Suburban Ford of Troy Hub, 777 John R Rd, Troy, MI 48083

Pay Range: The established pay range for this position is $19.25 to $28.85 per hour. The anticipated hiring range is $21.00 to $24.00 per hour, based on relevant experience, skills, qualifications, and market considerations.

Responsibilities

• Works with the store to pull Driveway vehicles from inventory
• Transfers inventory between dealerships if applicable
• Sets up long and short hall transport
• Coordinates with regional valets for vehicle staging and Last Mile delivery
• Works with third party vendors to coordinate Last mile delivery
• Ensures the vehicle is prepped and ready for delivery
• Coordinates delivery time and location with the customer
• Coordinates the pickup and distribution of trade vehicles
• Coordinates the return of a vehicle if applicable

Skills and Qualifications

• Previous experience in logistics management preferred
• Sense of urgency and strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication
