Nova Driving School is looking for passionate, safety‑focused Driving Instructors to join our team at our Western Avenue location in Chicago. As part of the city’s #1 driving school, you’ll help teens and adults become confident, responsible drivers through patient, high‑quality instruction.<\/span><\/b>

Key Responsibilities:<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

• Instruct students in safe and lawful driving techniques, Illinois traffic laws, and defensive driving strategies<\/span>

• Adapt teaching methods to diverse learning styles<\/span>
  <\/span><\/li>
• Monitor student progress and provide performance feedback<\/span>
  <\/span><\/li>
• Stay informed on current traffic regulations<\/span>
  <\/span><\/li>
• Foster a positive and focused learning environment<\/span>

  Requirements<\/h3>

  • Valid Illinois Driver’s License<\/b> with at least 2 years<\/b> of issuance in the State of Illinois<\/b><\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Clean driving record<\/b> — No at‑fault accidents within the last 5–7 years.<\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Minimum age: 21 years old<\/b><\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Social Security Number<\/b> (required for background check with the Illinois Secretary of State).<\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/li>
  • High School Diploma, transcripts, or proof of higher education.<\/b><\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Previous driving instruction experience preferred<\/b>, but not required — training is provided.<\/span><\/span>

  • Strong communication, patience, and situational awareness.<\/span><\/span>
