About the Role:
ALL STAR SCHOOLS LLC is looking for a passionate and patient Driving School Instructor to join our team in Rancho Cucamonga, CA! This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference by helping new drivers build the confidence and skills they need to stay safe on the road.



Responsibilities:

• Provide behind-the-wheel driving instruction to students of varying skill levels
• Conduct in-car lessons covering defensive driving techniques, traffic laws, and road safety
• Evaluate student progress and provide constructive feedback to improve driving performance
• Maintain accurate student records, lesson logs, and progress reports
• Ensure the safety of students during all driving sessions
• Prepare students for the DMV driving test and licensing requirements
• Perform pre-trip vehicle inspections to ensure the training vehicle is safe and road-ready

Requirements:

• Valid California Driving School Instructor License (or ability to obtain one)
• Clean driving record with no major violations
• Strong knowledge of California DMV rules, traffic laws, and road safety standards
• Patient, calm, and encouraging demeanor with students of all ages
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Reliable, punctual, and professional attitude
