Key Responsibilities
- Process individual dropship customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Verify SKUs, quantities, item descriptions, and shipping information before shipment.
- Generate and apply shipping labels for customer orders.
- Ensure all packages are correctly prepared, packed, and labeled for shipment.
- Use computer systems to enter, review, and update shipping and order information.
- Follow carrier procedures for FedEx, UPS, USPS, and other shipping providers.
- Inspect orders for accuracy before they leave the shipping department.
- Maintain productivity while managing multiple orders and deadlines.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Follow all company safety policies, shipping guidelines, and quality standards.
- Assist with additional warehouse and shipping duties as assigned.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Basic to intermediate computer skills required.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to consistently verify SKUs, quantities, and shipping information.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with team members.
- Dependable attendance and reliability required.
