Park Avenue Cleaners in Port Arthur, TX is looking for a motivated and dependable team member to fill a dynamic, multi-faceted role combining delivery driving, production assistance, and customer service. Responsibilities:

• Pick up and deliver dry cleaning cloths to and from multiple locations
• Assist in garment production, including sorting, tagging, pressing, and quality inspection
• Greet customers at the counter and provide friendly, knowledgeable customer service
• Process incoming and outgoing orders accurately using point-of-sale or order management systems
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and special garment care requests with professionalism
• Maintain a clean, organized production floor and front-of-house environment
• Ensure accurate order tracking and proper handling of all garments to prevent loss or damage

Requirements:

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and shift between delivery, production, and front desk duties
• Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented work ethic
• Ability to lift and carry garment loads and stand for extended periods
• Prior experience in dry cleaning, laundry services, or a similar environment is a plus
• Basic computer or POS system skills preferred
