Dry Cleaning Attendant & Delivery Driver

About the Role

Rinse is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Dry Cleaning Attendant with strong customer service skills and professional driving experience. Familiarity with POS or invoicing systems, tech proficiency, excellent communication skills, and coachability are required. Experience in garment care and clothing assembly is preferred but not required.

• Schedule: Part-time, M-F
• Wage: $22.00-$24.00/hour (based on experience)
• Location: Calabasas, CA

In This Role, You Will…

Garment Processing & Mark-In

• Inspect, sort, and tag garments with accuracy and attention to detail
• Use POS, invoicing, and internal data-tracking systems to mark in and manage individual work items
• Assemble garments after cleaning, verifying order completeness and accuracy
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace
• Provide exceptional customer service to walk-in customers, addressing questions or concerns with professionalism and empathy
• Follow all safety guidelines and company policies

Logistics & Transportation

• Safely operate a Rinse sprinter van (training provided)
• Transport garments between Rinse facilities, cleaning partners, and other operational locations
• Load and unload garments while ensuring orders remain organized and protected
• Lift and move packages and garment racks weighing up to 50 lbs
• Deliver and scan orders into their proper warehouse locations or customer homes
• Help maintain organization of vehicles and loading areas

As The Ideal Candidate, You Have…

• Strong customer service orientation and attention to detail required
• Experience with POS systems, invoicing platforms, and data-tracking tools preferred
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively
• Coachable, open to feedback, and eager to learn and grow within the company
• Prior experience in dry cleaning or laundry services preferred
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
• Access to a personal smartphone and ability to use a proprietary app
• Clean driving record
• 1-2 years of cargo van driving experience preferred
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends if needed
