We are seeking a full-time Production Technician to operate our dry ice machine and manage block ice production. This is a hands-on role essential to daily operations, requiring mechanical awareness, attention to detail, and adherence to safety and sanitation standards.
Responsibilities
Operate and monitor dry ice production equipment
Run block ice production from freezing through handling and staging
Perform basic equipment checks and report mechanical issues
Assist with preventative maintenance on production equipment
Stack, move, and organize ice safely
Perform daily and scheduled cleaning and sanitization
Maintain accurate production and sanitation logs
Monitor supplies and report shortages
Follow all safety rules, PPE requirements, and company procedures
Job Requirements
Ability to work full-time with consistent hours
Comfortable working in cold environments (freezers/refrigerated areas)
Ability to perform physical work including lifting, bending, and standing
Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn equipment operation
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
