As our Dry Kiln Supervisor, you’ll lead a skilled crew of Dry Kiln Technicians and Forklift Operators, driving performance and safety across our kiln operations. What You’ll Do:

• Champion safety by maintaining high standards and ensuring full compliance with policies and regulations.
• Lead, coach, and support your team to deliver top-tier performance in kiln operations.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and assist with preventative maintenance to keep operations running efficiently.
• Oversee the loading and unloading of lumber with precision and care.
• Collaborate with Production and Maintenance teams to meet and exceed operational goals.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, reduce costs, and boost productivity.
• Foster a culture of open communication, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

What You Brin

• 3-5 years of supervisory experience in an industrial environment, with a strong safety-first mindset.
• Solid understanding of heating systems and power equipment; kiln experience in lumber manufacturing is a strong asset.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to drive team performance in high-paced settings.
• Strong computer proficiency, including web-based tools and Microsoft Office.
• Maintenance experience is a plus.
• Grade 12 diploma, GED, or equivalent training (e.g., OSHA tickets, forklift certification).
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills with a proactive, can-do attitude.
