    Iron Oak Energy is seeking a night-shiftDry Plant Lead who will have a positive impact on the Operations team at it's Wyeville, WI. Plant location. The Dry Plant Lead is responsible for providing leadership, direction, and support to the Dry Plant night shift while ensuring safe, efficient, and reliable operations. This position serves as the first point of contact for the shift and works closely with operations, maintenance, and management to meet production goals.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead the Dry Plant night shift and promote a safe, productive work environment.
    • Schedule and assign daily work based on production and maintenance priorities.
    • Plan and coordinate shift activities to maximize productivity and minimize downtime.
    • Troubleshoot and diagnose operational issues and determine the appropriate course of action.
    • Communicate effectively with team members, maintenance, supervisors, and other departments during shift turnover and throughout the night.
    • Develop, maintain, and prioritize a task list for the shift, ensuring work is completed efficiently.
    • Follow up on incomplete work and communicate outstanding items to the next shift.
    • Monitor plant performance and identify opportunities to improve safety, reliability, quality, and efficiency.
    • Coach and mentor employees while promoting teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.
    • Ensure company policies, operating procedures, and safety requirements are followed.
    • Complete required reports, documentation, and shift communications accurately and on time.
    • Assist with training and developing new and existing team members.
    • Maintain good housekeeping standards throughout the Dry Plant.
    • Must be able to wear a respirator and other required personal protective equipment.
    • Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
    • Excellent planning, organization, and communication abilities.
    • Working knowledge of Dry Plant equipment and processes.
    • Ability to troubleshoot mechanical and operational issues.
    • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
    • Self-motivated, dependable, and able to work independently.

    Work Environment:

    • Work performed in a plant environment. Exposure to inclement weather as most work will be performed outside.
    • Personal Protective Equipment:
      • Safety glasses, hard hat, steel toe boots and Respirator when required.
      • Auditory and fall protection applicable when required.
