Spend your week running consistent Southwest freight and return home each week for a 34-hour reset.
We're adding experienced Class A drivers to a regional dry van fleet averaging 2,240+ miles per week. Freight is 100% no-touch and primarily drop-and-hook, making this a solid option for drivers who want to keep moving without the extended time away associated with traditional OTR.
You'll operate within an established Southwest regional network hauling dry van freight.

Drivers earn $0.53 CPM on all dispatched miles, including loaded and empty miles.

A Hazmat endorsement is not required for this position.
Applicants must have a valid Class A CDL and at least 6 months of recent Class A tractor-trailer experience.
Drivers must also be at least 21 years old, meet applicable DOT qualification standards, and be authorized to work in the United States.
Day-to-day responsibilities include safely transporting assigned freight, completing required vehicle inspections and electronic logs, and following applicable DOT and company safety procedures.
