Network Interiors operates alongside two sister companies—NOC (a general contractor) and Network Framing Solutions (a manufacturer of prefabricated metal panels and structural framing). Key Responsibilities
- Lead the full estimating cycle: From bid opportunity review through proposal submission and turnover to operations.
- Strategic role: Go beyond number entry—think about the team that will execute the work and help build trust and improve systems.
- Collaborate cross-functionally: Work closely with project managers, field leadership, vendors, accounting, and ownership.
- Manage significant bid volume: Approximately $70 million in drywall work bid annually, with a focus on improving hit rate and margins.
- Utilize advanced tools: Use The EDGE Estimating Software and explore new technologies like Buzzbid and Togal AI
Core Qualifications
- Strong understanding of commercial construction environments
- Ability to read and interpret drawings/specifications
- Experience in construction estimating OR field/project management with estimating exposure
- Understanding of interior systems (drywall, framing, ceilings, or similar scopes)
Preferred Qualifications (NOT REQUIRED)
- Direct commercial drywall/metal stud framing estimating experience
- Division 9 interior systems estimating background
- Subcontractor estimating environment experience
- Healthcare/higher education/occupied renovation exposure
