The company manages a growing portfolio of healthcare, multifamily, and hospitality projects within a regional radius. This is a field-based leadership role overseeing multiple active projects at once, with one company-grade superintendent already on staff and an 18-story hotel breaking ground this fall. - Anticipated $85,000–$105,000, based on experience
- Performance-based bonus — historically significant; varies with project and company performance

Overview:
- Oversee multiple active commercial construction projects at once: check in on subcontractor crews, verify material availability, monitor quality, and escalate issues
- Take dedicated ownership of large-scale projects as needed
- Attend project meetings, coordinate with project managers, and support scheduling and manpower tracking
- Hold finish quality on high-end commercial interior work before it reaches the owner
- Field-based with periodic visits to the Savannah warehouse
- Report directly to the regional office manager
Preferred Skills and Experience:
- 5–7 years of commercial metal framing and drywall superintendent experience — required
- Cold-form metal framing and non-structural metal framing background — required
- Non-union commercial construction; experience managing piecework subcontractor crews — required
- Healthcare, multifamily, or hospitality project experience
- Bilingual English/Spanish a significant plus
- Strong quality control instincts on high-end commercial interior finish work
