We’re looking for experienced Drywall Hangers to join a commercial project in East Hartford. This is a 6–7 month opportunity for reliable drywall professionals who are comfortable working efficiently as part of a crew.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Hanging drywall on walls and ceilings
Working with RC Channel (resilient channel)
Hanging approximately 40 sheets of wall drywall per day
Hanging approximately 32 sheets of ceiling drywall per day, typically 4' x 12' sheets
Working safely on stilts
Lifting and moving large sheets of drywall
Keeping up with the pace of the job while maintaining good quality
Following basic jobsite safety requirements and working well with the crew
What We’re Looking For:
Commercial drywall hanging experience
Comfortable working on stilts
Able to lift and handle large sheets of drywall
Reliable and able to commit to the 6–7-month project
Able to work efficiently in a production environment
Good English communication skills
RC Channel experience is a plus
