Requirements- Proven construction experience with a focus on drywall installation and finishing in various construction projects
- Familiarity with building construction processes including framing, plastering, stucco application, caulking, and hardscape work
- Skilled in using hand tools such as saws, drills, trowels, and levels; experience with power tools is essential
- Knowledge of electrical systems or plumbing is a plus for integrated project tasks
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and construction plans accurately for precise installation
- Experience working outdoors in different weather conditions while maintaining safety standards
- Background in remodeling or renovation projects demonstrating versatility across different types of building work
- Competence in operating heavy equipment when necessary for site preparation or material transport
