Painter/Drywaller (3+ Years proven Experience REQUIRED) Guaranteed 40 Hours per week - Year-Round Work - No Seasonal Layoffs

Swartz Restoration & Emergency Servicesis a trusted leader in disaster restoration and emergency services. We dont just rebuild houses; we help our customers put their lives back together. We are currently seeking a Painter/Drywall with a minimum of 3 years of proven skills to help restore residential and commercial properties damaged by water, fire, smoke, wind, and other perils. Qualifications:

A minimum of 3 years of proven professional painting and drywalling High school diploma or GED equivalent A valid drivers license and acceptable driving record Must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screen (pre-employment and random) Must reside with a 30-mile radius of the Swartz Restoration office in Lima, OH Experience with drywall and painting Must be proficient using carpentry tools and equipment & own a set of standard hand & power tools Professional appearance & attitude The ability to interact with our customers on a professional & friendly level and ensure client satisfaction at all times. Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow directions Dedicated to consistently perform quality work Must be willing to participate in the rotating on call schedule to respond to emergency jobs on evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities/Job Duties:

Complete assigned punch list repairs in reconstruction projects while following the scope of work and adhering to project timelines. (Workload will focus on painting & drywall). Complete work orders as given by project manager Complete assigned jobs within budget and on time Complete jobs with mitigation department as requested Clean up assigned job sites; may be doing a days' worth of work on different job sites Keep equipment clean and organized in the shop and in the vehicle Responding to emergency calls on evenings and weekends (board ups, setting mitigation equipment, tarping roofs, and securing the property) Other duties as assigned
