We are seeking an experienced Drywall Finisher & Painter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in drywall finishing, repairs, texture matching, and painting, with the ability to complete projects independently and to a high standard of quality.
Responsibilities
- Hang, tape, mud, sand, and finish drywall
- Repair damaged drywall, walls, and ceilings
- Match existing textures and finishes
- Patch and prepare surfaces for painting
- Apply primer, paint, and other finishes to walls, ceilings, trim, and doors
- Complete punch-list items and final touch-ups
- Perform quality work while maintaining attention to detail
- Keep job sites clean, organized, and safe
- Communicate professionally with customers, coworkers, and team members
- Follow all company safety and quality standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of professional drywall finishing and painting experience
- Strong experience with drywall repairs, patching, finishing, and texture matching
- Solid painting skills with excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and efficiently
- Valid driver's license with a good driving record
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to lift and carry materials as needed
- Strong communication and customer service skills
Preferred Experience
- Restoration and reconstruction experience
- Basic carpentry and trim installation
- Experience working in occupied residential and commercial properties
- Experience completing insurance restoration or repair projects
