Dry Wall Project ManagerManage multiple drywall and interior construction projects simultaneously. Review project plans, specifications, contracts, and scope requirements. Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets. Coordinate material procurement, deliveries, and manpower requirements. Lead project buyout and subcontractor/vendor negotiations. Track project costs, forecast financial performance, and manage budgets. Prepare and negotiate change orders, RFIs, and submittals. Collaborate with Superintendents and Foremen to ensure production goals are achieved. Conduct project meetings with clients, general contractors, architects, and project stakeholders. Monitor jobsite progress and proactively resolve project challenges. Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget. Manage project documentation, billing, and closeout activities. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and industry partners.A successful Dry Wall Project Manager should have: 3+ years of Project Management experience within drywall, interiors, or specialty contracting. Experience managing commercial and/or residential drywall projects. Strong understanding of drywall, metal framing, acoustical ceilings, and interior construction systems. Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, contracts, and specifications. Experience with project scheduling, budgeting, and cost control. Strong knowledge of RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and construction management software. Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred.Competitive annual salary ranging from $100000 to $130000 USD.
