Responsibilities:

• Assess and repair drywall damage including holes, cracks, water damage, and surface imperfections
• Cut, fit, and install drywall patches and panels as needed
• Apply joint compound, tape, and finish coats to achieve smooth, seamless surfaces
• Sand and texture drywall surfaces to match existing finishes
• Prepare work areas and protect surrounding surfaces prior to repairs
• Communicate professionally with clients and team members on job sites
• Maintain tools, equipment, and job site cleanliness

Requirements:

• Prior experience in drywall repair, finishing, or general construction
• Proficiency in taping, mudding, sanding, and texture matching techniques
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively on job sites
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to job sites in and around Oak Creek, WI
• Valid driver's license preferred
• Positive, professional attitude with strong customer-facing communication skills
